I keep a blog of my cycling experiences to keep family and close friends appraised of what I'm doing and to share those experiences with them as much as I can. However, the blog is also an important piece of memorabilia for me. In the last year I often found myself looking back through my blog from 2016 and reminiscing about how terrific that trip was. Each trip is filled with unique experiences and challenges. I hope my sharing them gives you some feeling for what a great life travelling slow can be.
In the future I promise to have many more faces in my blog. I haven't done well so far at capturing one of the best things about these trips: the people you meet along the way.
These creaky, old joints of mine need to hold up a while longer.
Note that the blog pages are displayed with the most recent post on the top. If you want to see all posts in the blog for any year, you need to scroll to the bottom
of the page and select "Overview." Selecting "Older" will display the posts directly preceeding those on the page you're at.
If you wish to leave any comments you need to select "Overview" at the bottom of the page, then choose the selection you'd like to comment on.
